Bishops Head 2014 Chardonnay
Hand harvested from the Dunnolly Vineyard on Church Rd, Our 2014 Chardonnay avoided most of the incessant the rains of that season. Whole bunch pressed and wild yeast fermented in one year old French oak puncheons. On lees for 10 months before racking and bottling.

A spicy oaked Chardonnay like ours complements full flavoured savoury dishes such as veal and rabbit with creamy, garlic or lemon flavoured sauces.
